How long will it take-

Please allow 2 - 5 working days (depending on the Shipping Service you have selected). This is the time it takes us to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipping - including customers documentation etc. where applicable.

To calculate when to expect your order, please add the order processing time above to the appropriate guidline times from the table below.

To avoid disappointment, please order early and be sure to allow extra time over holiday and traditionally busy periods - even if we can process your order in time, most carriers will have backlogs which of course increases delivery time.

If you need your order quicker than the times stated above, perhaps a few last minute items for a special trip, please email us before ordering - if we can, we will!

Please note that a signature is required for all packages, irrespective of the delivery option chosen. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, as there is no extra charge to deliver to a secondary address - such as a place of work.

If you have no address where someone will be available to sign for packages during normal delivery hours (9am - 5.30pm) please do not order unless you are prepared to collect from the relevant carrier's depot. P&P charges incurred for 'undeliverable' address, will not be refunded under any circumstances, as we still have to pay the carriers in this case. Most carriers also charge us additional fees to return parcels to us if after making two attempts they are still unable to deliver your order to you. We reserve the right to pass on any fees incurred should you provide us with an un deliverable address.

You can check the processing time of an item by looking at its Shipping/Stock Details, which can be found beneath the product description of every item. Please note that Regular Mail services (including Recorded First Class) are not time guaranteed and whilst they normally can be expected to arrive, within the UK, in a couple of working days - it is not unusual for them to take considerably longer (We have on records items being delivered after as long as 28 days in transit). For this reason, if you are in a rush for any item or need guaranteed delivery by a particular date, we strongly recommend selecting the express carrier option. Whilst this is a little more expensive it provides full online tracking and guaranteed delivery times.

If for any reason our carriers are unable to deliver to the address provided (ie. no one available to sign etc.) we reserve the right, at our carrier's discretion, to deliver to a neighbour.

If for any reason your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, simply drop us an email and we will give you the online Tracking Number IF you have selected a trackable service.
