Since 1951, Boone has produced inshore and offshore lures which enabled them to develop the Flare Tout. The shape of the jig head allows the tentacles of the vinyl skirt to pulsate in and out producing an action game fish cannot resist. The Flare Tout can be retrieved with a slow, fast or jerky motion, jigged on the bottom, or trolled.
