A top class Carp line has to fullfil various requirements: high breaking strength, suppleness, good elasticity for shock absorbtion and high abrasion resistance, which protects against shells, weed and rocks - requirements which are very difficult to combine in one line.
Climax Carp Line incorporates a special coating developed in co-operation with our World Cup Team which gives every Carp fisherman an extra margin of safety.
This line has been tested and approved to ISO-2062-12048 by EFTTA (European Fishing Tackle Trade Association) to ensure consistent high quality is achieved.
Some of the spools are slight misprints, in that the 7.5kg for example is actually printed as 7.0kg - but otherwise perfect line.
