This agreement contains the Terms & Conditions that apply to an individual or organisation's participation in the Tacklebargains.co.uk Affiliate Programme.
Joining
the Tacklebargains.co.uk Affiliate Programme
To enrol, you need to submit a complete
Programme Application via our site. Whilst confirmation is immediate, we reserve
the right (at our sole discretion) to terminate this agreement if we thereafter
determine that your site is unsuitable for the Programme.
Referral
Fees
You will earn referral fees based on all
fulfilled orders generated through your site, or marketing efforts, and those
of your sub affiliates, providing that you (or your sub affiliate) ensure
the customer enters our site through the link which contains your (or your
sub affiliates) unique Tacklebargains.co.uk Affiliates ID. All Fees are calculated
from the product sale price excluding shipping, handling, and VAT where applicable.
Please note that whilst monetary values are displayed in US Dollars on the
Report pages, this is only for display purposes (due to our Software Provider)
and values and payments of fees are actually in Pounds Sterling.
Exclusions
All items are eligible for Affiliate commision,
with the exception of items in the Bulk Section.
Payment
of Fees
We will pay you referral fees (plus VAT
if you have provided a valid VAT number) by Cheque on a quarterly basis, approximately
14 days following the end of each quarter year. However if the fees payable
to you for any quarter are less than £50, we will roll these over to
the following quarter until the total amount due is at least £50. If
a product that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer for refund,
then the relevant fees will be debited from your account. All payments will
be made in GB Pound Sterling.
Responsibility
for your Site
We will provide you with guidelines, graphical
artwork, and periodically with information on special promotions which may
run from time to time. To permit accurate tracking of sales, from your site
or marketing, it is your responsibility to ensure that each of the links between
your site and Tacklebargains.co.uk, properly utilises your unique Affiliate
ID. We will not be liable to you, with respect to any failure by you to use
the unique Affiliate ID, or for you incorrectly implementing the link to Tacklebargains.co.uk.
Order
Processing
We will process orders placed by customers,
who follow your unique Affiliates ID link, from your site to Tacklebargains.co.uk.
However we reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with our
Terms and Conditions, subject to stock availability and successful clearance
of all due payments on the purchase. We will prepare order forms, process
payments, cancellations, returns, and handle the customer service. Additionally,
we will track sales made to customers referred from your site's unique Affiliate
ID, and we will make available online reports summarising all generated sales
activity.
Terms
of the Agreement
The terms of this agreement will begin
upon our acceptance of your application, and will end when terminated by either
party. Either you or we may end this agreement at any time, by giving the
other party written or email notice of termination. We may withhold your final
payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid, allowing
for a statutory period for possible customer returns.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify any of
the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and at our
sole discretion. If this is necessary, for whatever reason, any changes will
be documented here and you will be notified by email of these changes. If
at any point any modification is unacceptable to you, then you will be given
the option to end this agreement.
Limitation
of Liability
We make no representation that the operation
of our site will be uninterrupted or error free, and hence will not be liable
for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
