What forms of payment do
you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Delta,
Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Solo. Please note that we are unable
to accept payment by cheque, or any other means not mentioned

Is it safe to use my credit
or debit card?
We take your security very seriously so for your peace of mind
all payments are processed using the highest level of security
available. The page where you enter card information goes direct
to the banks secure server - this means that we never have your
card information but more importantly, your details are never
stored on computer and there are no paper receipts.
What about privacy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information
we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised
shopping experience. We will only use it to tell you about changes
in our services, or about special offers you might find interesting
if you specifically choose to subscribe. We do not sell, trade
or rent your personal information to others.
Do you accept international
orders?

Can you send me a printed
catalog?
No, we trade online only as this enables us to offer the best
possible prices. This of course means that we sell out of numerous
items each day, we do of course add lots more as well, but a printed
catalog would be well out of date before it was even printed.
The site is constantly updated, so that everything you see is
in stock.
How much do you charge for
delivery?
Due to the vast number of products and shipping options that we
offer, it is not practical to publish our Postage and Packaging
rates. You will however always be told the exact rate for your
order before confirming the purchase. This ensures that you are
aware of the total costs , and also allows us to keep prices as
low as possible.
What is your returns policy?
At Tacklebargains.co.uk, we want you to be happy every time you
shop with us, so our returns policy is simple. For all items,
(with the exception of sealed DVDs, videos and books) our "no
quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its
original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund
for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the
delivery charge if the return is a result of our error or carrier
damage.

Our powerful search engine makes it very easy to find what you're
looking for. To find what you want you can type a keyword into
the search box which appears at the top of every catalog page,
or click one of the Category links to the left of each page to

What if I you don't have my item?
If you have looked through our catalog and have been unable to
find the item that you are looking for, we are still able to help
you. Just email
us and we will let you know whether the item can be sourced
for you.
