'If like me you occasionally suffer the annoying problem of not being able to cut a frozen bait the way you want because your knife is not up to the job then this knife pack is the very thing you need. The knives are razor sharp professional refurbished knives with 6 inch blades encased in a large tough moulded plastic handle, shaped to ensure your deadbait is the only thing being cut to size! As well as two knives the pack also comes with a two stage knife sharpening unit, which has an optional mounting bracket for anyone wanting to keep it handy in the loft/garage etc. Invariably I lay my deadbait against a stone, or similar, to cut it to size, quickly resulting in a knife unsuitable for much at all. For me the sharpener will be a godsend. No more messing about with hook sharpeners.'

One of the less appealing sides of a successful days fly fishing
is the end of day fish-cleaning ritual. These knives can make things a lot
quicker, easier and cleaner (not to mention safer!). These reground
professional knives are razor sharp and this, coupled with the robust nylon
handles, makes cleaning and filleting a large trout a quick, safe exercise.
The sharpener itself is well worth the £10, I've managed to revamp
a very
expensive set of Japanese stainless steel kitchen knives which every other
sharpener just couldn't do.
All in all I'm extremely please with my purchase.
